Vice President to Talk about Stimulus Program Upstate

Vice President Joe Biden will be in Saratoga County on Thursday to talk about work being done under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
Biden will speak in the gym at Shenendehowa High School at 2:30 p.m. He’ll be joined by Gov. David Paterson and Congressman Scott Murphy.
