Im 14 and i think that if Bloomberg really wants to decrease obesity by increasing tax on sugar, then he should make the tax like 15 dollars a liter or something so ridiculous no one will by soda. This hole scheme is just a way to get the government more money.

The government should look at the shool food that htye service to the kids everyday. It is unhealthy and more of the time it have been expire. THey are worried about a sugar tax on sugar.

Don’t these people have anything better to do with they time and take care or real problems. These people that pass these laws also drink soda and eat things with sugar. The government doesn’t know how to buget the money for the state of NY. I drink soda and I am thin. So obeity has nothing to do with soda, sugar or fast food.
