To Pete King Congressman New York’s 3rd Congressional District. I feel sorry for you in that you need to go to this extreme to get attention for yourself. It’s sad that a person in your position will lose respect from many New Yorkers because of what you said about Michael Jackson. You should go and take a course in Diplomacy 101. How dare you speak to the people of the United States about Michael Jackson in that manner. Michael Jackson was acquitted in a court of law for any alleged crimes. Secondly, he may have had mental illness as a result of being abused by his father and the world at large, but he was definitely not a low life. You sir, are the low life. How dare you disrespect your office. Agreed, the coverage of his death is ridiculous and disproportionate, but I would actually prefer they spent more time covering the corruption in the US government. It seems that you are the lowlife pervert. I hope that as a result of your statements, the people of your district choose to throw you out of office the minute they get a chance to vote against you. If it’s attention you want, then you will get it. I plan to let the world know about you. I plan to let the President of the United States know about you. You should be ashamed of yourself.

  2. Mike Lowell says:

I agree with PK though he as a politician should know better to use more diplomatic language. I don’t think this is going to hurt his chances against Kirsten Gillibrand.

  3. Mellye says:

Michael carried so much hope and light for the world. He loved children. He always felt that every child reflected the face of God.

For the record: Michael Jackson was not a pedophile or a molester.

Your words represent nothing more than hate filled diatribe. Don’t we already have enough hate in the world? Where is your compassion?

God blessed Michael Jackson with genius talent and Christ filled compassion that transcended all barriers. For nearly 50 years, his life’s purpose would be a source of healing and love in every country on the planet.

Mr. King, what have you done for your planet in the last 50 years?

I encourage you to take a peek at Michael Jackson’s legacy…the words he shared through his lyrics; that beautiful voice; his amazing dance. He had the heart of a child, the patience of Job, and the drive of a warrior.

Mr. King, Michael Jackson is worthy of our respect. He was on the front lines every day fighting for the sake of others who could not help themselves. He used his blessings to create a magical place for kids to visit…to escape the torments of life, even if just for a short while. He used his musical influence to heal the planet and help special needs, at risk, and sick children across the globe. Throughout his life, he contributed $300 Million to worldwide charities, relentless in his fight to help others.

Do these actions reflect the heart of a criminal mind? In his lifetime, he did far more for this world than you could ever hope to achieve…and he did it all in the name of love.

To answer your question: Yes, YES! I would leave my child with Michael Jackson without hesitation. There are children alive today because of his quiet devotion to their needs.

I suggest you take a long, hard look at the “man in the mirror”.

I am sick and tired of hearing and reading that Michael Jackson should not be celebrated as a hero. Michael Jackson is EXACTLY the kind of hero we should be celebrating. We should celebrate the man who gave us everything he had to give, despite horrific abuse, a neglected childhood, lupus, skin disorders, chronic pain from relentless physical exertion, and unimaginable stress he would have to endure at the hands of those who would seek to destroy him.

Though he was an idiosyncratic, flawed man, Michael Jackson was not a criminal. In the end, he would not be able to escape the effects of life’s personal torment. He is worthy of our respect and our compassion. He made the world a better place.

God blessed Michael with inimitable gifts. His light shone because of Jesus. Those of us who know the truth, we hurt because we sense the loss of that light. But truly, Michael’s spirit has finally discovered peace and rest. The miracle is that Jesus continues to do His work through Michael even now, after his death. Many are now understanding what this man did for the world through God’s gifts.

The light will continue to shine, and Michael will continue to smile.

I would like to address you as sir, but reading your comment about Michael Jackson makes you look like a low life. As a politician what have you done in your whole life to deserve such a coverage like Michael when you die?
Absolutely nothing other than leaving in washington on tax payers money

  5. sher says:

Only a low life bad mouth people. You sinner for heaven sake go to hell. What did you do for the world – look at yourself and your family and see the embarassing things they have done and ashame to admit. Michael entire life was in the public and yours under the bed until it comes to light you creep. Get a life Mr Fat Ugly and don’t look for attention because its going to bring you and your family down. We are not going to elect you . Good People are neutral.

  6. sher says:

Low Life how do you know he is a pedophile unless you were with him. People are just liers like you and money hungry like you and that’s what cause him all the stress and pain to take pain killers drugs. Michael is innocent to his death and you low life is the pedophile and that is the truth . Ask me how I know – the same reason you know of King Michael. You could never be anywhere close to his decency and high standard.

  7. sher says:

New broadcast please dont post anything on this idiot so call looser again. We dont want him we dont need him . he is not a human. he is a devil because only devil speaks like that. We need good people to serve the Human population like the Obama we all Love and will love always.

  8. Government fears around the influence of superstars, once led the House Committee on Un-American Activities to launch a strident attack on Hollywood’s rank and file by circulating a blacklist. Similar methods were used by the FBI (under J. Edgar Hoover) during the student-led Civil Rights and pro-Peace Movements of the 1960s and 1970s. John Lennon was the target of illegal measures to neutralize his influence along with celebrity allies of these movements. Angst about the world’s two most influential international stars, by far, John Lennon and Michael Jackson, present a fascinating case study that warrant further study and investigative research. As part of legendary singing-sensations the mega-stars garnered international acclaim unlike any before or after. Lennon boldly addressed citizens of the world as part of a highly visible interracial couple, actively opposed to racial injustice, labor inequality, and war against an Asian enemy. From the date of its release, his hit song Imagine has been featured in a broad array of most-influential and greatest-songs-of-all-time lists. In pure visceral terms, it remains the greatest musical expression of global desire for world peace and unity that we have ever known. Michael Jackson’s 1988 video Man in the Mirror was on a similar trajectory toward inspiring a closer look at mass consciousness. If Jackson’s bold political commentary and visual depictions of the horrors of imperialist tendencies signaled a Lennonesque problem for those in power, it would have been dwarfed in scope by the public fervor ready to be unleashed over the nightmare unfolding in New England. Indictments of Catholic Priests came fast and furious from 1992-1993. Author Jason Berry estimated that by 1992 American dioceses had paid out at least $500 million in damages, and predicted that the eventual cost of compensating victims would exceed $1 billion. Within the year, twenty nine hundred miles away, in August of 1993, a confidential case report completed by the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services was leaked to Hard Copy television tabloid host Diane Diamond. Within hours the California affiliate of a British tabloid sold copies to reporters for $750 each. Dramatic headlines offered lurid speculation around allegations of sexual molestation. By September 1994, police officials had interviewed more than 400 witnesses when prosecutors announced that no child molestation charges would be filed. Various conspiracy theories about why Jackson was charged, though highly entertaining and filled with enough demonstrable claims to insure they will survive another decade or two, lack irrefutable proof of a conspiracy between California prosecutors and other parties. Descriptors and evidence of the malice and money that motivated individual actors abound and did create the perfect storm for a public debacle. Former employees who first testified that they never witnessed anything sexual were only too happy to recant and claim that they had witnessed something after their extortion attempts failed, and the fact that they were still allowed to testify for the prosecution as credible witnesses seemed to escape media notice. While Jackson had not yet become the threat that Lennon remained as a revolutionary activist, one would have to concede that stopping his momentum could have easily been an underling factor in the timing of the second set of charges. Indeed, only a “child molester poster-boy” as large as the Grand Canyon, could effectively divert public attention so that collective anger against the Catholic Church would not insure its ultimate and speedy demise. Jackson appears to have been a handy and convenient target for an establishment in desperate need for a scapegoat to spare the legions of Church leaders (and possibly some district attorneys) who for decades, according to one study: “kept horrific tales of abuse out of the public eye through an elaborate culture of secrecy, deception, and intimidation. By the end of 2002, it was clear that we were not dealing with one or two isolated incidents. Some 1,200 priests had been accused of abuse nationwide. “[R]epeat abusers, including priests who traded drugs for sex with minors, fathered children, and physically assaulted their victims:” were known predators that church officials shuffled from parish to another– where they abused again. On November 18, 2003, police carried out a pre-dawn search of Michael Jackson’s ranch. In April 2004, Jackson was charged with 10 felony counts, including child molestation, extortion, child abduction, false imprisonment and giving a minor an intoxicating agent. According to Rolling Stone Magazine Jackson’s trial was nothing less than a zoo and a freak show. “The prosecution’s case [boiled] down to this: In a panic over negative publicity, Jackson conspires to kidnap a boy and force him to deny acts of molestation that in fact never happened, and then he gets over his panic just long enough to actually molest the child at the very moment when the whole world is watching.” You decide …

I Agree there are thousands of people who faught for our country and who are dying in poverty instead the attention goes out to Mj the pedo freak.
He may have been inoccence or he may havent been. But He loved having little boys in his bed and not only Jordan Chandler but there were others who came forward that said Jackson did fondel them and they didnt get money. The only diffrence is JACKSON paid them to shut up about it. I dont care what you say ANYONE would of taken that much money. You say you want justice? The justice system is screwd up they put killers behind bars for life but yet they put child molesters in there for 6 years for ruining a child for life! THere was child porn found in his neverland and the maids testified that they DID see him fondle Jordan. Michael is a sick perv who gets off having little boys in his bed. But there are much better singers and dancers out there than Micahel’s perv gay ass. Spend time with your wife and own kids!

  10. Marsha says:

    jasmin,
You are a cretin! A REAL parent, would not have taken ANY money if the allegations were based on FACT!

P.S. Learn how to use spell check!

  11. Linda says:

Hey Jasmin–a few words for you to look up: Moron. Homophobe. Illiterate. And did I mention moron?

  12. thecook says:

Hey Linda, gonna retaliate the facts that jasmin posted or continue with the insults?

  13. Mike F says:

I agree with PK. Jackson is gone and god save the children. For those who say he was aquitted of child melestation, hmm So was OJ Simpson…Glad MJ Is Gone Forever…

  14. I will miss MJ terribly. He shouldnt have died

  15. Sandra says:

This man is dangerous because he accuses people without any proof. American people,be careful with these mistakes!!

  16. Sandra says:

    To Jasmin:
I am not American and I am sad that Michael Jackson belonged this country, he deserved more lucky and more respect. I think that you are a disguise of Jordan Chandler, “The Extorsion Family”. Michael created problem when he let people who hadn’t the same social position stay at his home. He didn’t realize the risk he was taking. It’s certain that there many people that have other type of character, but unfortunately the worst people exists, and MJ Knew this side of life. He was a lonely person and money helps many things , but others don’t heal our soul so easily. He needed psychological help since he was a child. but there is a distance to call him a pedophile. Search more about this issue, but search too much that you realize the truth.

  17. joyce says:

I agree with you Sandra unfortunatley i’am an amercian and I feel the same way as you do concerning MJ sure he may have had emotional problems but i do not belive he was a pedophile. Some people are intimated when people have wealth such as he did and even people who had nothing sought to destroy him. I just wished he would have stayed with the jackson five where he could have been protected . He sings about it in his music he did not know who to trust. but one thing is for sure people are dirty and will do anything for a dollar. R.I.P. MJ fan forever.

  18. One thing I’d prefer to reply to is that fat reduction plan fast may be possible by the suitable diet and exercise. Your size not only affects the look, but also the quality of life. Self-esteem, depression, health risks, and physical capabilities are disturbed in an increase in weight. It is possible to do everything right and at the same time having a gain. In such a circumstance, a medical problem may be the perpetrator. While an excessive amount of food but not enough body exercise are usually accountable, common medical conditions and popular prescriptions can certainly greatly amplify size. I am grateful for your post right here.
