Posted by The White House says it will release this week a photo taken of a jet from the Air Force One fleet flying by the Statue of Liberty.
The flight last month created a panic in Lower Manhattan because the public was not told about the flyover in advance, and many feared it was another terror attack.
Both Mayor Michael Bloomberg and President Barack Obama expressed anger over the incident.
The White House Military Office wanted the photo for promotional purposes. The director of that office has since apologized for the flyover.
