Top 10 Candidates early finanace numbers

The New York Public Interest Research Group sends this early look at who’s raised what.
1,699 committees had filed as of 6PM last night; they combined to report raising $35,655,629.50.
The committee that has reported bringing in the most so far is VOTE-COPE, NYSUT’s PAC, with $3,489, 795.53
Looking at only candidates (not PACs or party committees), the top 10 so far are as follows:
Spitzer 2010: $3,246,526.84
Friends of Christine Quinn: $1,114,855.47
People for John Liu: $600,831.00
Katz for New York: $582, 756.00
Andrew Cuomo 2010: $531,275.34
Simcha NY: $454,303.00
Vallone for New York: $411,253.00
Friends of Senator Libous Committee (2008): $348,810.11
Malcolm A Smith for New York: $322,075.00
Friends for Fuschillo: $317, 751.69
